Williamski is the brainchild of Headrick Pat and Fran Quilliams. Founded in 1977, the nation quickly established itself on the global scene, after then Prime Minister Lord Regazzoni struck a landmark agreement in a UN gathering held at Silverstonia in 1979. Headrick Pat drew inspiration from their success, and masterminded a plan to take over the world in 1980, with Fran Quilliams overseeing proceedings. Their attack proved successful, largely thanks to the appointment of new Prime Minister Joan Alans. Williamski managed to fend off rival forces in 1981, before in 1982, Scudferistan defeated them.
Although Williamski survived the legendary battle of FISA/FOCA, it took until 1986 for them to rebuild their once unconquerable nation. In that very year, en route to being crowned king of the world, then Prime Minister Nigella Mainsail was attacked by opposition leader PK Nelson, Wo-King’s Prostate Alien and Rose Keke. In a devious plot to prevent the handover of the crown, the vehicle of Nigella Mainsail had it’s tyre sabotaged, forcing Nigella to take to the nearest exit. Whilst the officials tried to stop the out-of-control Mainsail from crashing, Prostate Alien stole the crown and cunningly escaped the premises. Despite all of this, Williamski still owned the world, but they were overcome with rage and sought to locate the evil self appointed King of World, who was believed to be hiding in Wo-King.
In 1987, PK Nelson succeeded Nigella Mainsail in becoming Prime Minister, and successfully guided the nation to Prostate Alien’s lair, retrieving the crown and retaining world supremacy. But the Williamski stronghold infuriated Wo-King, and with newly appointed dictator Anna Sayrton teaming up with the evil Prostate Alien, they proved unstoppable and, by the end of 1988, had achieved world domination. Anna Sayrton became Williamski’s number one enemy. Despite a civil war threatening to end Wo-King’s existence in 1989 and the subsequent banishment of Prostate Alien, it took until 1992 for Williamski to once again rise to power, after PK Nelson resigned at the end of 1991. The unopposed Nigella Mainsail was once again appointed Prime Minister and duly became king of the world, bringing Williamski world supremacy once more.
But at the end of 1991, president of the UN, Jean-Marie Balestre found Prostate Alien to be guilty of treason whilst serving as Anna Sayrton’s assistant in 1989. Scudferistan (who had taken on Prostate Alien after he was banished from Wo-King) were forced to let Prostate go. Williamski, pleased with the findings (believing Prostate was trying to help Williamski by sabotaging Wo-King’s attack) threw Prostate a lifeline at the end of 1992. He quickly gained a cult following and after Nigella Mainsail was ousted, he took over as prime minister. At the end of 1993 Prostate Alien anounced his retirement. During his short reign, Prostate had managed to uphold Williamski’s supremacy.
Following Prostate’s retirement, a decision that shocked the world was made. Anna Sayrton was set to take over as Prime Minister from the beginning of 1994. Reasons cited included a flailing relationship with the government of Wo-King, which resulted in the move. But Sayrton was to die in a car accident early in the year. Williamski were immediately blamed by the media, who claimed their government had sabotaged the vehicle. 1994 was to be a bad year for the nation; tempers flared over who was set to replace Sayrton, before at the end of the year, Benettonia’s Herr Schumi managed to steal the crown from Williamski’s shores.
Williamski suffered from the fallout of Sayrton’s demise in 1995 before bouncing back in 1996 and 1997. Herr Schumi had become president of Scudferistan and established himself as the greatest threat to Williamski. The country suffered from poor leadership in the following years. Despite showing glimpses of its former self in 2002, 2003 and 2004, from 2005 onwards, the nation fell into a steep decline. The government of Williamski recently announced shares of the nation were to be sold, all but confirming the dire financial situation the country has fallen into.
In 2011, Williamski is on the mend, but it will take strong leadership and hard work for them to return to their former glory.
