F1 Fanatic - F1
Etihad Airways have a few of their airliners decked out with a special Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2010 Livery:
looks pretty cool
Nice… bet it cost a load to paint though! Here are some other F1 planes:

And to change the subject slightly here are some cool non F1 related plane liveries: http://www.chilloutpoint.com/science_and_technology/amusing-air-plane-graphics.html
That is rather cool. On the subject of paint, I believe that the issue of paint thickness on a plane is critical, I presume it is similar for F1 cars?
@James – I would assume so, paint weighs a lot (550kg for a plane, proportionately less for a car but still more than you think)
There is a probably apocryphal story that when the Mercedes cars were presented for scrutineering for the first time upon their return to Grand Prix racing in 1934, they were found to be a few pounds overweight. The Formula for that year called for a MAXIMUM weight limit of 750 kg, so team manager Alfred Neubauer had the German national racing color white paint scraped off the cars and left them in bare aluminum. This was the supposed birth of the Silver Arrows.

Yes but a car will only lose a few tenths a plane would fall out of the sky :P Just joking. I do think paint thickness and weight is an issue for both and it;s a good point you raise :)
