Here’s a thread I’ve been meaning to put up for a while. The title’s a bit vague, so I shall explain…
We all believe we’re well acquainted with the circuits on the F1 calendar, but the reality is we only get to see them 3 days a year. Many circuits can look entirely different when the F1 circus is elsewhere. The street circuits are the obvious examples, but there are others.
Here’s an example- Eau Rouge in the winter: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/2/29/EauRougeInTheSnow.jpg You can still recognise it, but it looks more like a ski slope than an F1 circuit!
