@formula-1 @ajokay Again, guys, the circuit submitted has to be designed within the limits set by the winner of the previous round. For this round, the tracks have to be at Caloundra.

Unfortuately mine is very similar to Kingshark’s so probably shouldn’t be eligible for winning, but I’ll put it here anyway because I like it and there are a few differences. Unfortunatly there aren’t many interesting roads which haven’t already been used by others.

It starts on the opposite side of the track to Kingshark (at the base dot) on a slightly different section, with a fast 90 degree first corer before a long run to a fast chicane, which follows the other side of the roundabout to Kingshark. The next roundabout is straight-lined, making this a very long ‘straight’ which meanders. Unfortunately the entire fiddly back section is identical to Kingshark’s, although mine then reaches an overpass just prior to a hairpin corner (the curving section before this would be taken flat and is also over a kilometre). There is then a fast half kilometre section with a fast kink before a more interesting hairpin with right-left kink on entry. The circuit then completes it’s figure of 8 before meeting the finish line.

It’s a long track, only just short of the 8km limit, and is very fast, like a flat Spa.

@Browny Yeah we’ve had enough time for this one I think.

Here’s my track for Caloundra, lots of elevation change, some beautiful fast sections past the ocean and a couple of genuine overtaking oppurtunities.

Congratulations to @Kingshark, he is the winner with this stunningly fast track which reminds me of Circuit de la Sarthe. So its your turn to give us a city to design a grand prix circuit on. Well done to everyone who entered too, there were some really great circuits which made judging the best very difficult

    Thanks @browny.

OK. The next street circuit is in the city of Regina, Canada. It’s in the province of Saskatchewan, you should all find it, OK?
