Rikers Island, NY.
The first Prison Grand Prix (aside from Death Race). The best thing is that if any floppy-haired billionaires fall foul of the law, they could request a transfer so they could watch a race from their cell.
The first half is fast with only two slow corners, including a chicane (which is Monaco-esque in location, but far more open) and hairpin with some fast sweepers and long ‘straights’. It then enters the more street-like portion, which has the 90 degree corners broken up by a multi-apex 180 degree corner. This section becomes more open again, with a faster section leading to a hairpin with a kinked entrance and eventually the final-corner complex.
Plenty of room for pits in the long car park opposite the start dot.
