Wow, another win! Much appreciated!
Ok, here’s an interesting one…
Nurburg has a castle. Around it, they decided to use the roads to make arguably the most famous motor racing circuit in the world.
Using this wikipedia page, choose a Castle (a fair few of them are geotagged so you can find them in Google maps), and construct your own Green Hell around it. Try to pick a country location rather than a castle in a large town or city (that’s the green bit), and ideally use existing roads (that’ll be the hell bit), however a purpose-built piece of track can used for a pit and paddock area if you wish, and if you’re struggling, you can build a few new bits of road if the existing connections aren’t all that great.
Length? Well the famous road course of the first half of the 20th century were anything from 5 to 50 miles long, but lets keep this a little tighter, between 10 and 30 km. For reference, the Nordschleife is just over 20km in length.
You have until the chequered flag drops at the end of the 6 Hours of Sao Paulo World Endurance Championship event on Sunday to enter.
