F1 Fanatic

I think it’s time for another nostalgia fest. I know we all have different tastes in music, but I reckon over the years there have been a few great songs featured on F1 game soundtracks. Not only the epic 90′s guitar shedding of F1 1995 and 1997, but even the odd licensed song by big names, some nice ambient stuff etc. Anyway, if you can find any clips on YouTube post the links up here. The more obscure the better.

I personally used to really like the music on F1 Career Challenge by EA. There were only 4 songs, and they’re all electronic stuff so they won’t be to everyone’s liking, but almost a decade on I still love them:

This is an awesome thread idea, Ned. Although, I really couldn’t stand F1CC’s music, if I’m being honest! :P

Tinie Tempah definitely ain’t my taste, I hate all the stuff I hear from him in the charts… and yet I really liked that! I always assumed from his crappy pop songs that he was just another untalented chartfiller

Oh, Mag I just noticed you posted La Source… that is perhaps my favourite F1 song ever! Just love the guitar from 0.25 to 0.45, makes me want to get my own guitar out and try to learn… if only I wasn’t so lazy
