But if we’re looking at F1 only, I’d say Hamilton and Massa, I like the bright coloured helmets

I like helmets that contrast the livery to make it easy to pick which driver it is.
The two merc drivers are easy to tell apart thanks to their helmets…

Massa’s. I generally hate the Schuberth shape but for some reason I like it on Felipe’s. To be fair though Massa never really changes his so it’s my favourite of 10, 09, 09 07 etc too :P

JB’s has grown on me. Jaime’s is good. I miss Jarno’s shiny helmets (http://i47.tinypic.com/280sh9c.jpg) . From Monaco he’s used a one from his F3 days but it was a nice design. http://i50.tinypic.com/2vs0roj.jpg

Hamilton’s Monaco one was a bit full at the top for me but I liked the idea http://i48.tinypic.com/dhg4ub.jpg

Sutil’s is the most boring and I don’t like Kubica’s either.

Also Harv’s I adore your avatar. Really nice design. It reminds me of JB’s a bit.

I like Schumacher and Rosbergs. Traditional Mercedes silver coupled with dayglow yellow and red/orange is brilliant. Alonso’s is quite nice and I like JB’s as well.

I think Button, Glock, Petrov and Alguersuari have the best helmets. Button, because it’s just got a certain old-school elegance to it. Glock, because he’s got a white and gold combination going on that looks awesome. Petrov, because his is simple and means something to him. And Alguersuari because his just looks mean.

I’m not a fan of Sutil’s because it’s a mess. Nor do I like Kubica’s, Rosberg’s, Vettel’s or any other driver who runs in team colours because it looks soulless (I was releived whn JB switched back for this year, though the 2009-spec white, black and yellow did look pretty good). I don’t like Rubens Barrichello’s habit of changing his design every other race, either.

I like drivers with Helmets that really stand out. Hamilton’s is great as it stands out loads, same with Buttons although I hated it when he made it in the Brawn colours, the original test shots he had matt union jack colours and it looked really cool.

Ferrari drivers helmets also stand out loads which I think is great. So many people change their helmet to match the car, Heikki is the prime example of this.

JBs is good, its stayed pretty much the same since he entered F1 (bar Brawn last year)
Vettel changes his helmet too much so its hard to keep up with which one is which :p
