I have been playing with some F1, GP2 and GP3 data (part of a project i am working on). Here is a quick dump of GP3 v GP2 v F1 lap time data (race, fastest lap) for this year:

Are there any other series that race at these circuits that I could also plug in, or does anybody have any data that is interesting and they would like to see? ( am trying to build a db of everything)

That is a pretty impressive correlation of data! What about LMP perhaps as I think they go to a lot of the same circuits?

Here is the lap time difference for GP2 and GP3 over F1 in seconds:

@James_mc: I will add LMP. I am not sure if I want LMP data in my DB long term though. This data will eventually become public on a new website in the form of a DB wiki (ie. tons of stats and data with cool reporting tools and anyone can add/query data)

(Edit: updated link in both posts to better quality image)

It would be interesting if you add LMP1 or LMP2, another highest class of motorsport! but I’m not sure how many tracks hold F1 and LM together. Usually F1 and LM prefer different kind of tracks. May be one of common trakck is Silverstone? I have no idea anything else…
