Hi All,

Went to my first F1 live at silverstone this year, albeit just to qually on general admission, and found a great spot near luffield to watch the action. Truly fab!

For next year, I am now saving to do the full 3 days, but am considering letting the credit card lend me money for grandstand tickets. Was thinking Woodcote B as the tickets are on early bird for £215 – but really aren’t sure.

I’d like to have a decent view of the action, and have got the iphone app for lap times etc… which we used this year and was great, but would also be nearish a big screen to keep tabs on that too.

Am also unsure if trying circuit parking is the way to go too? Anyone do that this year and want to feedback?

We used the frends of silverstone schools, which were excellent, but was a little walk away from the circuit (but nothing terrible).

So your thoughts on:

– where to book ticket & views of action/screens?

– circuit parking or not?
