@xjr15jaaag Getting your own kart (even if it’s just for fun) counts. As Ross mentioned in the video above, having such experiences (even servicing a roadcar yourself) will help you prove your competence and capability to work in F1.
I see they’re offering opportunities for people in IT, too. Would’ve loved to work in F1 – too bad I’m nowhere near Europe. :) Anyway, good luck to you all!
