Now that Pat Symonds has left Marussia and joined Williams, who do we think will step in to replace him?

Off the top of my head their is Mark Gillan and Alberto Ascalani that are both more than capable of stepping into that role but I dont think either one would be interested which leaves me to believe they will be looking at promoting someone from within or trying to headhunt someone from another team.

So, thoughts anyone?
