Does anyone know how the Michelin tyres differed from Bridgestone’s? I’ve read somewhere that drivers like Alonso and Kubica had to amend their driving style around the Bridgestones in 2007. Seeing as both of them prefer understeer to oversteer, does that mean that the Michelin tyre offered more grip at the exit of the corner? If so, what were the advantages of the Brigestones and why did they require several drivers to change their driving style? Can one perhaps explain how the tyre is correlated to one’s driving style? Thanks!
