I’m voting Vergne on Rosberg (Les Combes) and Vettel on Webber (Bus Stop)
2nd September 2012, 13:50 at 1:50 pm #209065David-AParticipantEither Kimi Raikkonen on Michael Schumacher at Eau Rouge, or Vettel on Webber at the Bus Stop.
2nd September 2012, 13:53 at 1:53 pm #209066matt90ParticipantKimi. Special mention to any of Vettel’s passes.
2nd September 2012, 14:00 at 2:00 pm #209067mnmracerParticipantSingle overtake:
1. Kimi on Michael
1.25 Vettel on WebberOvertaker of the race: Vettel, hands-down
2nd September 2012, 14:03 at 2:03 pm #209068raymondu999Participant@mnmracer what do you mean by 1. and 1.25?
2nd September 2012, 14:06 at 2:06 pm #209069mnmracerParticipantKimi best, with Vettel a close second.
Vettel’s I think might have been more skilfully, but you can’t deny a gutsy overtake in Eau Rouge.2nd September 2012, 14:09 at 2:09 pm #209070SlrParticipantI enjoyed Vergne on Rosberg.
2nd September 2012, 14:26 at 2:26 pm #209071MadsParticipantHmm… I think the most spectacular was Kimi on Rosberg, but I think Vettel had to put quite a lot more effort into getting that pass on Webber nailed perfectly. What order, I don’t know. But those were the best two for me.

2nd September 2012, 16:34 at 4:34 pm #209073raymondu999Participant@sigman1998 Pass, not Passer/Driver
2nd September 2012, 17:01 at 5:01 pm #209074the_sigmanParticipant@raymondu999 Sorry!
So, Raikkonen on Schumacher.2nd September 2012, 18:45 at 6:45 pm #209075CucamestParticipantI would say Vettel on Webber at the Bus Stop.
2nd September 2012, 18:51 at 6:51 pm #209076andae23ParticipantKimi on Schumi at Eau Rouge. Not just the pass is special, also the build-up to it. First lap Kimi tried to pass him on Kemmel straight with DRS but the Lotus lacked top-speed. Second time around Kimi passed Schumi at the Bus stop, but got repassed by Schumacher on the straight with DRS. So that meant he had to pull off something different, and that’s exactly what he did. Third time he passed him at Eau Rouge Webber-style and had DRS so that Schumacher wouldn’t have enough speed on the main straight to pass him again. I guess this must have been what was going through Kimi’s mind, and it’s pretty special I think.
Also a special mention to the man that supposedly can’t overtake.
2nd September 2012, 20:29 at 8:29 pm #209077jackieParticipantMichael Schumacher and Kimi Raikkonen at Les Combes.
I made a one wonderful picture of Michael Schumacher:

20 years since, same track, same corner, same driver.
Thank you Michael!2nd September 2012, 20:57 at 8:57 pm #209078infernojimParticipantKimi on Schumacher, but props to Vettel who made numerous great passes today, and for me was the DOTD, even though Button was flawless.
The Red Bull really didn’t belong that high up today (as shown by Webber) and yet Vettel made it happen. Great drive.
