    If we can ignore Maldonado hitting Di Resta, who was always Maldonado’s next victim according to certain people, that was a pretty audacious, conceivable move by him, T14 is a vague corner for overtaking along with plenty of other corners around the Hungaroring.

    Yeah, if di Resta had hit the brakes a moment earlier than he did, Maldonado would have slipped through and it would be hailed as a fantastic pass. After all, the trackside replay showed Maldonado had put his car alongside di Resta, but di Resta was able to get on the power sooner and Maldonado bumped him. It was still an incredibly risky move, but if Maldonado had pulled it off, it would probably be one of the passes of the year.
