    I thought KERS was manditory??? Did they just not use them or were they removed from the car??? Also corner cutting is corner cutting and anyone who strays of the track to gain an advantage (not just an overtake) should be penalised!!

    Well, Vettel didn’t really cut a corner. If anything, he ran wide out.

    Also, no, the KERS isn’t mandatory. I think HRT don’t have them as well.

    But if he had done that anywere else on the track he would have crashed/lost alot of time on grass/kerbs? also buttons drivethrough was for exciding the track limits???

    I think if there going to enforce rules they need to enforce all or none (like massa moving all over the road to defend)

    I would def run without kers as it is extra weight which slows you for the whole lap and ads to tyre ware?
