This crazy season has officially gone into overload, Lotus wanted Shumi to race the final two rounds with them in replacement of the iceman. Schumacher manager confirmed to the BBC that they had been contacted, although he stopped short of giving a definitive answer, he said Michael was perfectly settled in his life after Formula One but would be fit enough. I cant keep up with all this!!

Disappointing that he turned the offer down. I wanted to see Michael in a competitive car for the last two races of the season. Schumacher V2.0 still had a lot of speed and passion in him, and his racecraft was still second to none. ;-)

Let’s not forget that last year Schumacher matched Rosberg, and this year Rosberg is matching Hamilton (interestingly).
