What’s stopping us from using a proxy/vpn service and streaming the races live from Speed (or an Internet broadcaster of your choice)?

As has been suggested before, probably the best, and legal, way is to get a satellite system and tune into the Germany freesat channel.
Most independent satellite installers will do it, or you could hook up a set-top box to an existing dish. Failing that use a caravn system.
