I realise we are still awaiting the full detailed judgement on the team orders hearing yesterday, but surely Ferrari are guilty otherwise the $100k fine would have been withdrawn. On that basis, $100k seems like a pretty small fine for deliberately breaking a rule at team level so publicly; and the review of the rule is a red herring as the appropriateness of the rule is surely not a good reason for breaking it and effectively been let off?
