Apparently, he was the brother of someone performing at the post race concert. So he was unaware of the event which was actually necessitating his visit. What an absolute plonker

Or perhaps he posted the video as a joke, poking fun at those who whinge at F1 car noises in their local area (like when apparently Monza residents wanted silencers fitted on the cars)?
