I updated my “All F1 Cars” wallpapers and other files (team performance overviews etc.) to include 2015, see
    http://math.feld.cvut.cz/habala/misc.htm.
As I was putting together the seasons overview, I noticed the following:
    – I use the 9-6-4-3-2-1 scoring system for backward compatibility, and there is one change in the team standings: Toro Rosso gets ahead of Lotus.
    – This was McLaren’s worst season ever, even worse than their very first season when they ran only one car.
    – Mercedes hoarded 50.1% of all available points. The beat the previous modern “dominator chamions ” McLaren (1988: 49.8%), but they still have a long way to go to beat Alfa Romeo (1950: 54.7%) and Ferrari (1952: 55.4%, 1953: 54.0%) (theoretical maximum is 60%). To put it another way, we just witnessed the fourth most dominant season in Formula 1. Do you also get that uplifting feeling of being part of something very special?
    Well, probably not :-).
