Can somebody just tell me what corner this incident is at, because I am doing a presentation at school on Formula One, and this crash is part of my presentation. I can’t work out where it is, and even if I could, I don’t know the name of the corner.

Thanks everyone,

Monte Carlo , Turn 1, Sainte Devote
Brilliant, thankyou so much!
Dude, the title of the video is “F1 Moncao 2010″, the description reads “Vitaly petrov crashes the renault F1 car into the barriers at turn 1 at monaco</strong” and Legard even says “Turn 1” during the commentary. Plus, you can see the circuit diagram on screen. Did you really miss out on all of that?
Legard managed to squeeze two woofs into his commentary of that incident, impressive stuff
I’d have thought it was rather obvious as well!
Regarding the corner name, Wikipedia would have helped I think.
I knew it was at Monaco, but I didn’t have the sound on and I didn’t see the circuit diagram.
