Predict the weather for all 19 races before the season starts, just do predictions for qualifying and the race
For example
Australia: Dry, Dry
Malaysia: Wet, Dry
and so on8th March 2013, 18:54 at 6:54 pm #228295NomoreParticipantAustralia: Dry, Dry
Malaysia Dry, Wet8th March 2013, 19:00 at 7:00 pm #228296KingsharkParticipantAustralia: Dry, Dry
Malaysia: Wet, DryQuestion: Can “moist” be an answer? For instance, at the end of the 2012 Monaco GP we saw some raindrops on the track, and the lap-times dropped by several seconds, but there wasn’t actually any serious rain.

Then again, Vergne used Inters in Monaco, but that wasn’t considered a wet race. Maybe it should be declared a wet race, when at one point, Inters are faster than slicks. Just my opinion.
