Why the 3m delay until the first replay of the start crash (Belgium F1 2012, Sky) ?

A full 3 minutes seem to have passed from the start crash, until we had the 1st replay
Under the SC, nothing else is happening, Alonso is up on his feet within a minute, and you have to wonder what took the global feed editors so long.
Or am I being idiotic ?Because the director was just awful. For the entire race. Also, I thought that the sound mix was poor- background noise (all race sounds underneath the commentary) was far too low I thought. I got little sense of aural excitement from the engine note. It was just muted and weak. Of course, that is likely more down to BBC than the local race director.
