Moved to correct group.
@keithcollantine – Isn’t this the same as a previous topic here: http://www.f1fanatic.co.uk/groups/f1/forum/topic/you-know-youre-an-f1-fanatic-fanatic-when/
…you get confused by cricket headlines like this:
We Can’t Force India Into Accepting DRS: ICC (The New Indian Express)
… you go to school in the school bus and you have a notebook as a steering wheel
.. when you take a racing line on your daily commute by car/motorcycle.
….when you make gear downshift noises when you know your weekend is not going well to cheer yourself up.
@seahorse I often find myself doing that, at least on roads I know very well…
Some things I do:
Make racing lines in my house (like the infamous stair hairpin) and make downshift noises. And do impressions of Kimi raikonnen.
When you think that there should be a Formula 1 fast food chain so you could order a Nico Ros-burger……
I prefer some HAM sandwiches.
When you try to shift gear with the wheel in your car while you have one with a stick :-)
When you watch Pointless and the final category is 70s F1 champions and you get 7 pointless answers :D
I’ve been waiting for an f1 one, should look on YouTube….
@full-throttle-f1 it has sometimes been a choice for the final but nobody chose, it then they changed the rules, but they weren’t particularly obscure, just drivers like Scheckter and Jones with Mass, Reutemann and Regazzoni as well among others.
I’m still struggling with 70’s, I can only remember every single f1 champion since 1984.
