The topic title speaks for itself. What is your dream commentary team? It can be a group of either two or three commentators; from either the past or present.
Brundle, Walker, Hunt. Plain and simple.
too easy. limiting my choices to active commentators, i say brundle, dc and david hobbs. 3 drivers, 3 eras, comedy gold!
If we look beyond main-stream TV pundits; my dream commentary team is Kimi Raikkonen, Juan Pablo Montoya, and Jacques Villeneuve. What a commentator trio. :D
I watch F1 on RTL (Germany), where the former F1 driver Christian Danner and Heiko Waßer have been commenting every race since 1998 I guess. I would happily exchange them for a combination of Keith Collantine and the extremely popular German TV host Günther Jauch.

In my trio Jacques would be the main commentator, Juan Pablo the color commentator, and Kimi the pundit.
Well it should have been Maldonado, Kimi and Checo, to understand what the commentators say.
Murray Walker and Jeremy Clarkson.

Ooh, I do like AJ’s suggestion. Throwing Hobbs in there might be fun, too.
My perfect three would consist of three elements.
