The even more prestigious GP of Hook. I can’t decide whether it should be clockwise as I plotted it or ant-clockwise. It’s too long for modern F1, probably too narrow even for 1950′s F1, but I like the shape, and even some of the plainer looking bends are tighter than they look and have great camber. Also the pits goes past my house.

Also a considerably less narrow version. It also goes through a business park with Virgin Media and BMW offices, so it’s a realistic commercial prospect (the Virgin headquarters actually act’s as a run-off around the 4km mark).

It’s actually quite funny looking it up. The operational headquarters for Virgin Media in USA is New York, in the UK it’s Hook, a poky little village where you can’t get cable TV. A little less grand than New York, in case you didn’t realise, but it gives us a vague link to New York, and if they get a GP I demand we get the same.
