F1 Fanatic - Formula 3.5 V8
Wow indeed, the top three had far from perfect weekends. Interesting how Sirotkin and Stevens scored 30 points each after not scoring in Monza.
This (incorrectly-captioned) video shows how terrible the conditions were for that second race.
Would an F1 race even start on a track that wet?
@keithcollantine Probably not, but you’ve got to understand that these cars are slower than F1 cars in general, so the speed delta from dry to wet is less.
But yes, I do agree, that off late, we are seeing Formula One being a bit of a farce in wet conditions, with Safety Cars(understandable) and Red Flags(less so) always on standby.
