Qualifying 1 coming up in 40 minutes time.
20th October 2012, 9:28 at 9:28 am #212938andae23ParticipantJules Bianchi takes pole position for race 1, Robin Frijns only sixth:
1. Jules Bianchi (1:29.986)
2. Da Costa (1:30.189)
3. Magnussen (1:30.451)
4. Bird (1:30.678)
5. Rossi (1:30.698)
6. Frijns (1:30.708)
7. Aleshin (1:30.916)
8. Stevens (1:30.991)20th October 2012, 11:27 at 11:27 am #212939the_sigmanParticipantClear advantage for Bianchi – I hope he takes the title!
20th October 2012, 11:59 at 11:59 am #212940mnmracerParticipantFrijns has been faster than Bianchi in all sessions apart from qualifying, so there’s still a good chance :D
20th October 2012, 13:23 at 1:23 pm #212941verstappenParticipantTennis on Eurosport! Instead of WSR! So all streams also only show tennis!
And the free live timing app doesn’t show nothing – everybody desperately trying to get a view on the race. Last I know, Frijns 3, Bianchi 5!20th October 2012, 13:25 at 1:25 pm #212942ClaidheamhParticipantThis is so very frustrating. It’s not even a good tennis match. No other channels to watch it on?
20th October 2012, 13:28 at 1:28 pm #212943Victor.Participant:(
20th October 2012, 13:34 at 1:34 pm #212944andae23ParticipantI cannot believe this: I’ve been waiting for this all afternoon and Eurosport decides to show some tennis game. Exactly the reason why I hate Eurosport: they don’t show what they say they will.
They way I’m following the race is with live timing and twitter.
20th October 2012, 13:36 at 1:36 pm #212945andae23ParticipantDa Costa has just taken the lead from Bird, Frijns still third, from Magnussen and Bianchi.
And it gets even more frustrating: Eurosport is now waiting ’till one of the players decides not to be injured anymore.
20th October 2012, 13:41 at 1:41 pm #212946verstappenParticipantThanks @andae23 I installed the live timing app on the iphone, but that one doesn’t work. But your link does!
20th October 2012, 13:50 at 1:50 pm #212947verstappenParticipantYes! Frijns 3rd. One race to go.
20th October 2012, 13:50 at 1:50 pm #212948Oli PeacockParticipantThank you to Stosur, for finally finishing the game… Your turn Eurosport…
20th October 2012, 13:51 at 1:51 pm #212949andae23ParticipantApparently Antonio Felix da Costa has won the race. Here’s the top 5:
1. Da Costa
2. Bird
3. Frijns
4. Stevens
5. MagnussenBianchi was running in fifth, but he spinned on the penultimate lap and eventually finished seventh. This means that Frijns has taken back the lead in the championship with just one race to go:
1. Frijns (189)
2. Bianchi (185)
3. Bird (173)20th October 2012, 13:55 at 1:55 pm #212950Oli PeacockParticipantWell, at least we get a replay… For 5 mins. Then we get to watch everyone’s favourite: Snooker…
20th October 2012, 14:23 at 2:23 pm #212951JPQuesadoParticipantEurosport just disappointed me today. But the most significant thing is that Felix da Costa has won again! This boy is incredible! Glad he is portuguese!
