    This doesn’t look good:

    http://www.nu.nl/binnenland/2881904/nederlands-bedrijf-dupeert-formule-1-fans.html

    The article says The Ticket Enterprise is about to go bust, leaving with at least 6000 (!) fans without a ticket. I hope everything works out.

    @AdrianMorse
    Thank you for that link. I’ve tweeted it on to a few doubters.

    Hi guys! Didn’t realise you were all on here posting about this (I have been pondering in the Italian GP thread!!) I booked my tickets via the official Spa website, but I bought my Italian GP tickets via the Ticket Enterprise. I’ve since rebooked them via the official Monza circuit website – I can’t risk having no tickets after i have booked accommodation/hotels.

    I raised a claim with my credit card provider and they told me that I would need to wait until the tickets fail to arrive to claim. Anyone else had the same experience?

    Hi All
    first GP experience not a good one so far having read the comments about spa-tickets.be above. Does anyone who used them last year have any idea when tickets were sent out? I’m trying to figure out how long to wait before switching to plan B (whatever that is!)

    Adrian thankyou for the link exactly what I need for my credit card claim.

    Simon I used them last year and I had the tickets by now and they responded to emails same day so there is definately a problem this year.

    Pinky pants my credit card company have said the same plus I have to provide evidence do these forum chats but the news link Adrian found is perfect I am rebooking my tickets today

    Guys i’m sorry about the above mess and if I have falsely reassured people. We got our tickets sent from spa-tickets.be ages ago but did book last october. I’m guess that they were legit but ran into money problems/temptation

    Hey guys we’ve rebooked tickets through spagrandprix.com if this helps anyone else who has been stung by the ticket enterprise it’s our first f1 trip anyone got any good tips etc ?

    Hi Chris – no need to apologise, you weren’t to know. The Ticket Enterprise had been selling tickets successfully for a while now. It just seems they have been having some financial issues this year that have only become apparent now.

    spagrandprix.com I believe is the official circuit ticket website which I have booked tickets through twice without issues. They normally send tickets out quite quickly and I have never had an issue with them.

    Recommendations for Spa, well I believe there is a track walk on Wednesday – not sure what time it starts. Can someone help out with this? I am camping at the official circuit camping (Green zone). If anyone has had any experiences with the official circuit camping – is it any good? I’m staying in Bruges then Cologne for a few days before travelling down to the circuit to make it more of a holiday. I’m going GA as I’ve heard there are plenty of good GA spots. Looking forward to it!

    @Simon Tickner
    You and I are both in the same boat. This is our first ever experience of going to a grand prix and i’m determined not to let it be ruined by this turn of events. I have already switched to plan B and re-booked my tickets through spagrandprix.com. it is the official ticket site and does show your order status when you have booked so you can track the booking on the website. it also allows you to cancel your order up to 7 days after booking and has the option to do this on the website if you still have any doubts about it. when I rebooked on friday, Gold and Silver tickets were still available.

    Much appreciated respones guys. I understand that if purchases were made via credit card or even visa debit (if over £100) that money should be recoverable through credit card insurance rules. Of course, the credit card company need evidence to substantiate this but it looks kike this is accumulating quickly! Personally, i’m off to the official ticket site and like Steve, am determined that our experience is not scuppered by these crooks.

    Hi I talked to my credit card company and we have to wait until after the race before they will dispute the charge, but it sounds promising.
    Does anyone know how fast the spagrandprix.com sends out the tickets? We are travelling from Canada and want to make sure we get them before we leave, otherwise we will buy GA at the gate on friday.
    Are there good souvenier places to buy t shirts etc at the track/
    Thanks,

    I am in the same boat. Just completed Transaction Dispute form with my credit card provider for the value of three Gold-3 weekend tickets booked with SPA-TICKETS.be . I have re-ordered from the official website as I have everything else booked. Could not miss this race over these clowns.

    I just read an article on http://www.f1.nl (dutch F1 news site, please check this link http://www.f1.nl/news/8595/hoop-voor-gedupeerde-kaartkopers-f1-spa-francorchamps/) that the Dutch police are in contact with Jasper van Eijck, the owner of Ticket Enterprise and also with André Maes, the promotor of the race.

    They will try to get a solution for the 6.000 people who have bought tickets for Spa 2012 through Ticket Enterprise…

    When I see any news I will update you guys on this forum!
