    Hi All,

I too am in the same situationhaving booked through spatickets.be. I have rebooked through http://www.belgium-grand-prix.com. I spoke to them a number of times on the phone and were really helpful.

Regarding credit card refunds, I have also been told I have to wait until after the event to claim failure to provide the service. For anyone that booked through spa-tickets.be, it is worth taking a screen shot of the following: http://spa-tickets.be/spa-francorchamps/legal-notice.asp to prove their link to the Ticket Enterprise as your confirmation wioll be from spa-tickets.be and your credit card bill will state the Ticket Enterprise.

I also had camping booked with them so need to rebook that.Any recommendations? I was considering CampingF1…

    Many thanks,

    Paul

Paul – I think you’ve rebooked via another ticket reseller. spagrandprix.com is the official site I believe.

I spoke to my credit card company again today and they have now agreed to refund me. Best of luck to everyone else with their claim :)

Hello Everyone. This Is my first GP, I am flying out from Mexico to support Checo Perez. We are only two My Fiancee and myself. We will be renting a car in Brussels so we can go Spa. Our Plan is to Arrive Spa early on Fiday to redeem our tickets ( I bought it from ustickets.formula1.com) to Grand Stand Gold 8, It seems like I did a good choice. But then after the Friday Races we are planning to travel to Luxembourg, stay there then return to Spa on Saturday and also when finishes the race go to Cologne, so we can Return on Sunday for the main Race.

Is there any advise you can provide to make this experience even better? I really appreciate your valuable help.

    Thanks a lot

    Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a pitlane walk on Thursday?

    Thanks

  • Profile picture of toni toni said 9 months ago:

there is indeed @sam eden normally starts at 4.30 pm but start queuing from about 3 as last year they released us into the pits early

    @ toni

Thanks very much for your help. Do you know of there is a reason why the pitlane walk is not listed in the event timetable (http://www.formula1.com/races/in_detail/belgium_875/event_timetable.html)?

And also, will a 3 day gold ticket allow you into the pitlane walk for Thursday?

    Sorry for all the questions!

    Re: The Ticket Enterprise.

This press release has just been posted on the Facebook Group “F1 – info: Problem with F1 tickets S[pa Francorchamps 2012″:

    http://www.f1today.net/en/news/the-ticket-enterprise-not-bankrupt-but-working-to-solve-problems

Apparantly the Ticket Enterprise is working on a solution for us all. A glimmer of hope perhaps?

I have launched a chargeback claim on my TTE order through my credit card company and re-booked with spagrandprix.com. I’m still waiting to receive my tickets from spagrandprix.com though. Does anyone know roughly how long it takes for them to send the tickets out??

    Hi there,

I heard there was a track walk as well on the Wednesday? Does anyone know whether there is a way to confirm times/dates?

  • Profile picture of Matt Matt said 9 months ago:

Can anyone do the pit walk do you have to pay extra etc ?

  • Profile picture of toni toni said 9 months ago:

@sam as long as you hold a weekend ticket u can gain access to the pit lane walkabout.

It’s not advertised because I don’t think they could cope if everyone showed up so it’s just for fans in the know.

Pinky pants it’s thursday not Wednesday

Free as long as you have a weekend ticket

Hope you guys can get your tickets all sorted !

I saw something earlier in the thread about radio at the track, is it like Silverstone where they have Silverstone FM? I found it pretty useful for finding out information when you’re camping. Anyone know if Spa has a radio station, and if so – do they have an English language one? :D

    Cheers!
