    We brought tickets for the European grand via simply the ticket and when they did not arrive a week before the race, we tried in vain to contact them. We did not receive our tickets and had to buy new ones from bookF1.com who were/are very helpful. I also contacted ATOL and was told that ATOL were looking into the company and trying to contact them as well, as they had received a number of complaints about other people not receiving their tickets. We have heard that Shelly Fitzgerald has moved to USA.

    I’m really chuffed that a lot of the posters on this thread appear to have got their tickets. Mine have not materialised, but will get the credit card company on to it….meanwhile I am £630 out of pocket till I get it back, and really pleased that i was able to get some more.
    Looking forward to the weekend…..I’m sure it’ll be a good’un !
