I would allow for a couple of hours. You need to get to Centrale, there is a shuttle bus from the airport to Centrale http://www.atm-mi.it/it/AltriServizi/Trasporto/Pagine/airbus.aspx it takes about 25 mins and leaves every 30 mins.

From Centrale there is a 30 minute train every 30 mins to Monza track. http://www.monzanet.it/it/formula1/1387/F1%20minisito%20come%20raggiungere%20gpf1%20treno

Hope that helps a bit. I live on the Linate side of Milan and will be making my way to Centrale on a bus as well.
