Yes, there is a nice and NEARBY accommodation. Car emotions and later on (or during for your couple) relax: http://www.spablancafort.com/en/. For me very impressive and a good option!

last year we stayed in Calella and rented a car and will be doin the same this year its only a half an hour stress free drive from the track. Calella is a little quite but not bad for a few days there are some nice restaurants and bars.

Agree with Chris C. Look at the Costa Brava, cheap that time of year, beaches, and easy drive to circuit.

Last year I visited the Moto Grand Prix in Barcelona (first weekend of June). Got a small and very basic hotel room in the centre of the city (10 minutes walking from Plaza de Catalunya and La Rambla) and took a shuttle bus from Passeig de Gracia straight to Montmelo Circuit and back.
