Hi, I’m going to the Austin GP with my fiancee who has hates loud noises (bordering on a phobia), so I am planning to give her over-ear and in-ear earmuffs. I know it’s overkill, but I think psychologically it’ll be sufficient, and I really can’t have her not want to go to F1 races with me!

I was wondering whether anyone could recommend a pair, or at least a minimum Noise Reduction Rating (NRR).

    Thanks!

For in ear, I use these & they are a 26db rating.

if you are also going to use over ear on top of something like that, just about any would probably reduce to a satisfactory level. If just over ear, go for 31db or higher.
