    Not looking like traffic is going to be the best. I’m looking at alternatives, such as cycling

    I didn’t actually experience bad traffic. On the first day, cycled, but too many hills for me and a poor cycle shuttle service meant we tried the buses for the rest of the weekend. By being on the first set of buses out and leaving the circuit pretty sharpish, we avoided all traffic. Journey time was about 40 mins max. I saw reports of long queues for buses and slightly longer journeys, but no real problems.
