@andae23 3 tenths quicker would have meant he would have qualified top 4, right? Shame!
@roald Fingers crossed he will get a chance to redeem himself!
@andae23 It was Berthon he pushed into the wall at Spa. I can only imagine what it was like to be right next to Trummer’s crash at Hungary, that wall is so close to the track. I’ve been on the ‘Canamasas is a mentalist’ train for some time though so I’m not surprised particularly.
Heh, the RUSSIAN TIME! cars look awesome with their drivers’ names on them.
as Indonesian, massive dissapointment with Haryanto’s pace and got beaten by his lesser teammate. :(
hope he could find some miracle somehow.
Sergio Canamasas is doing Caterham’s strange decision to appoint him no favours. There are several better drivers with less money not being able to come to GP2. I would still understand if he was just plain and simply slow, but what he did at Hungarring to Trummer last year, at Spa to Berthon, at Singapore(ignoring black flag), at the last race(post-session altercation with Berthon) and now here is just inexcusable. GP2 is not a place for pay drivers who are touched in the head. I hope the FIA see sense and ban him soon, because there’s no certainty as to what he might do next. He is dangerous.

I’m not sure if the FIA have the power to suspend his licence. GP2 is sanctioned by the FIA, but it is run independently of them. The most the FIA could do is deny Canamasas a superlicence if he ever qualified or applied for one.
FEATURE RACE FINISHING ORDER
Fabio Leimer, Stefano Coletti, Alexander Rossi, Felipe Nasr, Jolyon Palmer, Sam Bird, Adrian Quaife-Hobbs, Tom Dillmann, Simon Trummer, Johnny Cecotto Jr.
Excellent performance by Leimer, definitely a deserved victory. Rossi doing very well on his debut. And how ’bout Palmer in fifth after that brilliant start!?
Slightly dissapointed with Evans, Calado, and most of all with Frijns.
Rossi 3rd! Yes!
I’m the most surprised by Calado’s performance so far. Frijns has been out of the car for a while and is new to GP2, so I’m willing to let him off.
Trummer again in the points, plus he almost held onto the reverse pole too.
We’re seeing miracles people.
@bosley Rapax seem to have a very good setup. Coletti has scored three podium finishes in the first three races, emulating Heikki Kovalainen(2005), Timo Glock(2007), Romain Grosjean(2009) and Sam Bird(2011).
Canamasas’ penalty seemed rather undeserved in the feature race.
@prisoner-monkeys I hadn’t realised they were their names! But… is that Comic Sans?? :O
