Russian Time boss Igor Mazepa has passed away

Last years surprise winners in GP2, Russian Time, lost their team boss Igor Mazepa on Monday. Mazepa started Russian Time last year after taking over iSport in GP2, winning the championship on the team’s first attempt. The team is fielding 2 cars in GP2, as well as GP3 this year. The cause of his death is still unkown. He was 40.
This man has done a lot for the sport in Russia, and in general. Very sad that he didn’t get to see all of his plans come to fruition. RIP.
