After what seems like forever, the GP3 season continues in Valencia, Spain. Race 1 of GP3’s stand-alone event will start in 15 minutes time, with race 2 starting at 3 o’clock local time. After two races, Tio Ellinas leads the championship, from Niederhauser and Vainio.

Daly starts from pole, followed by Kvyat, Regalia, Vainio and Korjus. Yelloly and Williamson start from the back of the grid after their cars were deemed illegal following qualifying.

I wish I could watch it. It’s not televised here in America so I’m just keeping up with the live timing. :/

The timing website is nice, though.

Conor Daly leads an ART one-two, with Facu Regalia and Kevin Korjus joining him on the podium.

Not the most interesting race I’ve seen, lap times dropped off very quickly, unfortunately. Still, cracking performance from Daly!

For race 2: with the reverse-grid nonsense, Visoiu will start from pole, from Vainio and Ellinas.
