    There were several heavy crashes in qualifying and practice for Sunday’s Pocono 500 including this big hit for Helio Castroneves:

    Ryan Hunter-Reay and Ed Carpenter hit the wall. Here’s how they line up with points leader Josef Newgarden down in 14th:
