That is a renault 4, at first look thought it was the more popular 5 because of the squarish fender but the 4 had that awkward fuel filler cap and a less aggressive fender.

Is it a Delahaye? The curvature of the body makes me think it’s French and that hole reminds me a bit of a Delahaye 135.
Afraid not. And I can confirm it isn’t French. I’ll show you a little more.

I believe it is a one-off (or close to it) variant of a particular model.

I think its an Alfa Romeo 6C 2300
I was looking at it, and thought that the front end looked like a load of Alfa’s at the Goodwood FoS 2 years back (in the concours event). Thats my guess.
@sjm And you would be right. It is specifically the Mille Miglia Spider.
