So, hey guys! I’m a race driver competing in both the Australian and Victorian Formula Vee championships for a team called Bracken Racing. I drive a Sabre 02 and win races and stuff. Occasionally. Increasingly regularly.
I’m posting videos (made by fellow F1 Fanatic Damon) after each day of racing on my YouTube channel, so you can keep up to date there.
Anyway, yesterday I won a wet race from the back of the grid. We attached a helmet camera at eye-level and recorded the whole thing which can be viewed here!
very effective late braking compared to everyone else around you, either you were exceptionally brave when others didn’t have the guts, or had a pretty good feel of the limits of your grip… perhaps both, clean awesome driving!
Yes, Steven! Good luck for the rset of the championship!
wow, I came to the forums to see what was up with the site, but found this great video instead
Awesome video, and what a start!
Wow, that was mesmerizing, great race!
Brilliant! That last lap tussle for the lead on the last lap was beautiful racing, and pulled off some awesome moves. Good luck with the rest of the season!
Great stuff! Congrats on the great win! Keep us posted with more videos like that.
That’s a former Collantine Cup champion right there, folks. #Proud
I think you passed half the field at the start, did you not. All on a wet track and absolutely nail-biting last lap!
Nice one Steve, keep it up mate!
Brilliant video and a fantastic victory.
F1 has found its new Ayrton Senna.
Seems to me you have qualifying issues.
Stephen unfortunately crashed at the last lap of race 1 while leading :(
Impressive driving, smart overaking maneuvers!
Just one thing, I watched this race and also Winton race 2 onboard. While you are in the chase you are clearly the fastest and probably the best driver, but when you are in the lead you ‘mess it up’. What’s happening? Is it mentally or are you missing a reference point?
