    Hallo :D
I’m watching the races on SF(Swiss TV) because I think the commentary is more neutral than RTL’s and there’s only one break at the half of the race

Hi I’m Jev. Been an avid F1 Fanatic reader for some years now.

Started to fall in love with F1 since the 80′s up until now, and since I’m in Asia I go to both Sepang & Singapore GP almost every year…

    Hey guys

I’m Andy, and I’m the chief weasel for Warwickshire on here. Ok, so I’m not really either a chief or a weasel, but I do live in Warwickshire! I may only be 17, but it seems I’m certainly not the youngest on here!

I’ve not been following f1 long – only since the start of 2010 properly, with sporadic watching through 2009. But, I’ve the F1 bug well and truly now and have become a Mclaren fan – liking both Brits in equal measures! I’m neutral about Ferrari – I have a huge amount of respect for their history, but I really don’t like Alonso!

Hoping to go and see some races next year – Spa, maybe Monza, but otherwise, that’s all :)

I’m also on twitter at twiiter.com/awittyweasel if you fancy following :)

    Wazzaaaaa!!!

Let me introduce myself. I’m Philippe, I’m from Belgium and I’m 21 years old. I was into F1 from 1995 till 2002 and supported Eddie Irvine. I didn’t watch F1 untill 2008. Last race was held in Brazil and I saw Sebastian Vettel facing Hamilton into the rain. If Glock wasn’t out Massa would’ve won the championship because of Vettel. So I thought wow, what a driver. And I started to support him throughout 2009 and I’m still supporting him. Maybe you hate me now, but know that everyone has his OWN opinion about each driver.

Why I wanna join? Because this forum is another F1 forum where I THINK that there are lots of technical topics. I also wanted to join because I come from the RBR community and the forum is just gone and I just wanted to share my thoughts on races, cars and drivers AND especially the technical aspects. I might sometimes be noobish about some thoughts but I’ll try to do my best not to be. I’m also interested in the drivers body, maybe someone here can give me an answer how the drivers body (mostly the heart) is working.

My hobby’s (other then watching F1)? I’m addicted (more then anything else) to ice/inlinehockey. Tough and rough sport you might say but that’s just the beautifull part of it. Being aggressive, checking, even fighting, but most off all, I still watch it to see all those beautifull goals. 2nd thing I’m addicted too is Minimal music (such like this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xysYn2sgKRY ). Why? because I just love the sweet tunes and it’s sooo chill. Almost relaxationmusic. I sometimes play it as a dj but it’s only with a programme and it’s done at my home, just for fun…

Hopefully, this is an alternative place for the RBR forum. Though, I know that I don’t need to speak about RBR too much offcourse since this is an F1 forum and not an RBR forum… Most importantly, I hope I can have some new good friends here (anyone who likes hockey or minimal?)

    Grtz Phil

Forgot to mention, I myself don’t drive a car but my brother does and has a good car too. A BMW E36 M3 with a supersprint excaust. And my brother loves to drive his car, when it’s ready, onto a track. He drove 200 times the Nordschleife on Rfactor and then he tried it out himself and as a result he drove it more then 10 times in real life. He also has joined a group which organise trackdays recently, he sometimes work for them, and I recently discovered them too and I’ve been already to 2 trackdays both being held at privatecircuits like Ecuyers and Folembray in France. This weekend they organised a trackday in Le Mans and they’ve also organised a trackday in Zolder. I’ve also whitnessed a full round of Nordschleife and it was getting creepy after the carousel. The track itself was INCREDABLE. I drove as a passenger with an Opel Speedster Supercharched and believe me nothing comes close to the experience of the Nordschleife. Incredable how my brother knows every single turn. there are 176 turns and he knows all of them…

I also have someone I know who is just 19 years old. His father said at the trackday of Zolder, here catch, Porsche 911 Carrera 4S is yours. Instructor came and drove with him as a passanger. They came in after a few rounds and the instructor asked him if it was really the first time he drove. Then he drove alone. And now the relationship of thrustment has grown so far that he just drove someones ford focus RS himself at folembray 2 weeks ago…

Hi Phil. I remember you from the Red Bull Racing community :) you might not remember me though, I was Peachy on there but I didn’t post much once it became really hostile, it wasn’t a nice place to post if you’re a Seb fan! (I don’t post much here either, but I’ve told myself I should post more! I just pop in to moderate occasionally then pop off again hehe).

Anyways, welcome, it’s much friendlier here :)

@katy (peachy) I did saw you. And yeah most sebfans couldn’t post there so much. If you’re really a sebfan, you should go to kati’s site which is sebastian-vettel.org. I’m already feeling home here, I guess it isn’t that hard to get used to this place since we all share the same passion…

Hello I’m Jimmy from the Isle of Wight just off the south coast of England.

I watched my first F1 race in 1997 and have been hooked ever since! Whenever there’s a grand prix on, my weekend has to fit around it! I’ve been a long-time reader of this site, but have finally decided to get involved.

    Hello….

I’ve been a reader of F1f for a while now, but thought i’d take the opportunity with the new site and what not to get involved more and introduce myself properly :) (some of you may know me from twitter already @emmadouglas91)

My name’s Emma, i’m 20 and i’m a brass banding, motor sport loving, Graphic Design student from Edinburgh.

Been following F1 for a while now. My parents are fans, so it was always on tv in our house when i was growing up, and now i (almost) never miss a race! never actually been to a race yet though :(
    Jenson Button is my favourite.

Also a fan of other series, particularly BTCC

Hello, I’m Adam, founder and editor of BadgerGP.com – the lovely Grand Prix Webzine. Been an F1 fan since ’91 and have been running BadgerGP since 2008, it’s good fun and has opened many doors that I never thought possible. Met Keith a few times at media shindigs, top bloke.

Hello, I’m Neil. I’m 22, Irish, and have been following F1 since I was 8. I know I watched races before that, but the 1997 season is the earliest I can properly remember. Anyway I’m a Ferrari fan since day one. Only been to one GP, but what a race – Spa 2008!
I’ve been a long-time reader of F1Fanatic and I love the site. In particular I find myself reading the comments as much as the articles as the views expressed here are often balanced and well thought out. Looking forward to contributing!

I’m Grace, and I’ve been on F1F for a couple of years now but never really done much posting other than the odd comment here and there. I am 23 and I live in Surrey . My local F1 team is McLaren and I have loved them all my life. I actually used to live 50 yards from the old factory in Woking.
F1F is probably the best F1 site online. Completely unbiased and very factual. And I kinda think Keith is cute. lol xox

    Well, it’s a bit strange having to re-introduce myself after 2 years on F1F, but anyway;

I’m Ritesh and I run a small recording studio in London along with being a (learning) electronic music producer & DJ myself.

I’ve been a massive fan of Formula 1 since I was 13, just after the Senna era. I’ve never loved any sport as much and I’m a very strong advocate of the voice against the monopoly of Cricket in India.

I also run a blog where I share my views on Formula 1, Technology and my music. If you get a chance, do check it out.

    It’s here: http://wp.me/1S6QH

Note: Keith/Admins, please let me know if posting a link to my blog is not right.

    Thanks! :)
