    What’s your earliest memory?
    There’s not one particular memory that comes to my mind, it’s different small memories like talking to my grandmother, my 4th birthday, kindergarten, me crying about something etc.

    Which person can’t you get through a day without talking to?
    My mum

    What’s been your most valuable ‘life’ lesson?
    I don’t know if I can pick a single ‘lesson’ but quite many events have taught me to mistrust the other people. It doesn’t mean that I’m totally introvert or aggressive though.

    My mum and F1 drivers

    Black tea

    When I was in love for the first time.

    If you could give your younger self some advice what would it be?
    Don’t listen so much to what other people say, listen more to yourself. And don’t be such a coward!

    If my motorsport FAN career finished, I’d like to try singing German Schlagers.

    Russian language

    The worst? Probably spending too much time at the computer. The best? I always try to do my best to not disappoint the people that are important to me.

    Well, I never actually imagined that I would become something particular. I never had a clear vision of how my future should look like. But I think that I’ve basically reached more than I once hoped to, which doesn’t mean that I don’t have some unfulfilled dreams though.

    The one problem with these questionnaires is I immediately want to ask people more questions as I find their answers so interesting! Great idea for a thread.

    What keeps you awake at night?
    Recurring nightmares which I’ve had since I was a kid.

    If you could banish one thing from your life – for the rest of your life – what would it be?
    Self doubt.

    What’s been your most valuable ‘life’ lesson?
    I can’t control everything but I can control how I deal with things.

    What do you admire most?
    Generosity.

    When were you happiest?
    Either right now or when I was about 5.

    If you could give your younger self some advice what would it be?
    Nothing as if I changed anything then my life would be completely different and possibly worse. I needed all of my experiences.

    If you had to stay in one place for the rest of your life, where would it be?
    New York.

    What animal best reflects your personality?
    A bee. I try to do things for the good of my family, generally I’m laid back and happy but I can have a temper and will sting (even if it ends up costing me more).

    Being happy would be more important than winning in F1. Winning an argument though is damn fun. Cheesily (that now is a word) there’s always love too ;P

    What would you spend your last dollar on?
    A bag of Haribo Tangfastics or a mai tai but pretty sure both of those would be over a dollar anyway so I may as well just give it to someone homeless as they may have a better use for it.

    I can stand up for others but I’ve never been great at doing it for myself in certain aspects of my life.

    How does it feel to be considered a hero?
    Wouldn’t have a clue.

    Making the wrong choices resulting in loneliness.

    Generally sleep very well, but usually my girlfriends snoring. Or contemplating things which tend to be inapplicable to my life.

    Dishonesty on the part of others. Ignorance on mine.

    Don’t hold anyone in any higher regard than yourself. They’re all boring human beings.

    Intelligence.

    Either when I was 10 or 19, though now comes close.

    Don’t drink that. Or video games generally are a waste of time, took me 10 years to realise that one.

    I haven’t travelled much, so I’ll just have to say rural Ireland where I am.

    Not a hero, but I’ve often had people look up to me and it makes me quite uncomfortable. As mentioned above people shouldn’t hold others in higher regard than themselves.

    My apathetic nature.

    Chocolate of any type.

    That mixture of leather, plastic and 100LL most light aircraft seem to have.

    I usually am home, but either flick over to the BTCC or make cup of tea.

    Not much, I tend to go to bed quite late, therefore I am asleep in minutes.

    If you could banish one thing from your life – for the rest of your life – what would it be?
    Pressure of exams / tests

    What’s been your most valuable ‘life’ lesson?
    Never give up, these three words have been so influential to me.

    My family, equally for everything they all do.

    When i’m behind the wheel.

    Don’t eat when your bored, it’s a lot harder to put on than take off!

    What keeps you awake at night?
    Having a year to write my thesis and getting to a week before the due date with seven pages written (I somehow managed to pass).

    If you could banish one thing from your life – for the rest of your life – what would it be?
    When American tv shows make up words. Why do we need functionable and directionality and function and direction work just fine?

    What’s been your most valuable ‘life’ lesson?
    WD-40 for when it doesn’t move but it should. Duct tape for when it moves but it shouldn’t.

    What do you admire most?
    People who care for the disabled. My brother’s girlfriend does it and there’s no way I’d be able to do it every day.

    When were you happiest?
    16th of November 2005. Australia had their final World Cup qualifying match against Uruguay. I found out two hours before kickoff that I got some free tickets from a friend. We ended up with seats three rows from the front, right behind the goal. The tie finished level and we got to see Australia qualify through a penalty shootout right in front of us.

    If you could give your younger self some advice what would it be?
    Have fun. Being young was awesome!

    If you had to stay in one place for the rest of your life, where would it be?
    In a plane, travelling the world.

    Something that doesn’t take itself too seriously, like a zebra.

    If it was my last dollar before I die I’d either buy the medicine I need to not die or use the dollar coin to stop what was going to kill me (block the bullet, jam the gears of the machine that’s going to crush me, etc).

    Right knee.

    Well it’s not just me, it’s been a huge effort by the team and this one is for all the guys back at the factory.

    Things that will hurt me, kill me or make me unhappy.

    My penalty in the shootout of our grand final last year. Off the keeper’s fingertips and onto the crossbar.
