    Wow, what a race. It wasn’t 100% thrilling all the way through, but those last 30 laps were absolutely incredible!
    But how cruel for J.R Hildebrand? A rookie, about to win the Indy 500, only to crash on the final corner after tripping over a backmarker. I guess 2nd on his first attempt is still a great acheivement though.
    One of the most incredible finishes I have ever seen!
    Congrats to Dan Wheldon though, for being in the right place at the right time.

    What were your thoughts?

    Happy Franchitti didn’t win but ABSOLUTELY GUTTED for Hildebrand. Unbelievable finish.

    How ironic that Dan Wheldon finished second for Panther Racing for the last two years, gets dropped, then inherits the win like that from the guy that replaced him.
