@wsrgo The opening post says “champions” … and obviously Audi are champions… only after I posted did I realise nobody else had done teams! :P

Controversy regarding the champion of the Formula Renault 1.6 NEC championship. Roy Geerts has won the championship as of now, but his teammate Larry ten Voorde is under investigation for an altercation with Paul Blomqvist, and if he’s penalised, Geerts’s main rival, Martin Rump will win the title. This might take a bit of time to be announced…

I don’t think we should count teams and manufacturers, but you choose.

What about the BRDC Formula 4 champion?

@sigman1998 Sorry, I forgot, Jake Hughes has been confirmed as champion of the series.
    Also, October 20th – Roy Geerts – Formula Renault 1.6 NEC – Race 12 of 12 (Round 6 of 6).
Team orders in FR1.6, what more can I say? There can be no other reason as to why ten Voorde lost 2 seconds on the last lap and Geerts won the race then.
This is a sad thing to happen in an entry-level series.

Not the best way to win a championship, but a championship nonetheless.
