I don’t agree that historical circuits are replaced (especially when new circuits are introduced in countries with no racing heritage/history).
I agree however that some circuits would need infrastructure/safety upgrades.In my opinion no new circuit will ever be as attractive as Monaco, Monza, Silverstone, Spa etc etc.

However there should be a price linked to it; how about a 5 places grid bump for the next race? surely if its a top driver it wont change much but for a midfield driver would be a great boost (plus more chances of surprises the next race).
