F1 car never set up for oval racing, hence the reason of Indycar have higher top speed. God know what is the top speed of F1 car if they run in oval with suitable setup and modification.

Well Fernandes not really resign from Caterham F1, He still the chairman and the owner. Much like Ron Dennis and Luca Di Montezemolo to Mclaren and Ferrari.
