Well if there was ever one time when Ferrari should use that power is now with the tyre issue! The other 9 teams would thank them for it!

I was an absolute newbie (almost), and a tad bit young to understand F1 back then.
Please explain why Brawn won in 2009. I don’t understand how a team can win a WDC and a WCC in their first year.

Coming to 2012, we all know FIA is pushing F1 in India. But that doesnt mean that Indian GP organisers didnt deserve it. -

@blockwall2, here,here, also consider the value to the teams of being able to sell sponsorship deals to companies active in the US market, it might reduce the need to cut costs/innovation.
