Think I’ll add a fun little bet on Red Bull to win the race.

Winning Constructor – Red Bull: £10 at 11/4 (returning £37.50)
Hamilton for pole: £15 at 5/2 (£52.50)

Does seem weird that changing the bonus race consumes one of your precious transfers. I wouldn’t have minded doing a bit more chopping and changing for this race, but two transfers doesn’t give much scope.

I think Durex or Trojan may provide longer lasting rubbers.

I only meant teams that were founded or co-founded by f1 drivers. I don’t recall Eddie Jordan or Ross Brawn being in f1 :-)

Pirelli have made F1 the talk of the town; no doubt their contract will be renewed.

’Own-brand’ teams never really work for some reason. For example, Prost GP was rubbish and nearly bankrupted Alain. The only team of that genre that achieved any success was Stewart GP in 1999.

You should watch the Legends of F1 series his episode. He really put his all into that Copasucker effort and it really was a waste it seems. I wonder why it didn’t click? Had a great early result if I remember correctly.

The tread blocks of the wet weather tyres will look like lots of little number ’7’s, to further boast home the fact that they’re the world’s 7th largest tyre brand.

Anything like their road tyres they’ll be cheap, gripless and prone to wear quickly….

New engine formula and a new tyre manufacturer for next year sounds pretty good, but what kind of tyre would Hankook be expected to make?
